- Reporting company and customer quality objectives as well as setting and setting individual targets, tracking the evolution of indicators and reporting deviations from targets.
- Accountability for the performance of test and measurement equipment (availability and capability of test and measurement equipment based on specific customer requirements, long term development programs for the capability and stability of test and measurement equipment based on the 0 defects strategy).
- Coordinating and checking the activity of subordinates in order to achieve departmental and individual objectives (activity of production quality engineers, IPC quality inspectors and line inspectors).
- Allocation of personnel resources in accordance with current requirements, anticipated changes and coordination of training needs within the department.
- Evaluation and motivation of team members for continuous development of staff and the department.
- Preparing administrative documentation for subordinate employees in accordance with internal procedures: performance appraisal, target agreements, bonuses, organizational changes.
- Collaboration with all organizational structures of the organization according to the activities and projects in progress.
