Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Fachbereich IT
Further training as an IT specialist for system integration or system administrator
Alternatively, studies in the fields of business informatics or computer science desirable
Initial professional experience in IT service management an advantage
Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with other departments
Strong communication skills and pronounced customer orientation
Knowledge of working with a ticket system and experience in client management (Windows, M365, AD) an advantage
Very good knowledge of German required
Good written and spoken English skills
