The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

You have successfully completed technical training in the field of metal
You have practical experience in a technical profession and in personnel management
You are able to deal with conflicts, are a team player, have the necessary assertiveness and have a confident appearance
The readiness in multi-shift operation is available
Good German knowledge

#ChallengeCheck

You will be responsible for personnel planning and assignment of shift workers and machine occupancy
You will monitor work processes and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
You take the necessary measures in the event of quality deviations
You will be the contact person for work-related inquiries for the shift workers under your supervision and ensure that they are trained
You will ensure a smooth shift handover and work closely with other shift supervisors and the segment manager
You will ensure that the production systems are properly set up and issue production approval
