The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

Technische Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Mechanik, Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik
Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Selbständige, kooperative und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
SAP Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

Mitarbeit in der Produkt-, Prozess- und Verfahrensentwicklung im Rahmen des Produktenstehungsprozesses
Erstellen von ersten Prototypen und Musterteilen für interne und externe Kunden
Arbeiten mit Analyseverfahren und Erstellen von Dokumentationen während der Musterphase
Betreuung und Organisation der Projekte in der Produktion bis hin zur Serienreife
Schulen und Trainieren der Fertigungsmitarbeiter in den neuen Prozessen und Verfahrenstechniken
Bereitschaft zur Unterstützung der Produktionsanläufe im Serienwerk (Global)
