The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. Completed vocational training as a mechanical engineering technician or comparable training
Previous leadership experience desirable
High sense of quality and responsibility
Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge
We require independence, willingness to continue training, resilience, reliability, flexibility and the ability to work in a team

#ChallengeCheck

Disciplinary and technical leadership of the mechanical maintenance team
Responsible for maintenance planning as well as organization and coordination of maintenance and repairs
Ensuring status handover during shift changes and representing the maintenance manager and team leader
Support with TPM tasks as well as the procurement and coordination of external services, including status transfer
Further development of employees and preparation of the monthly meeting with production and segment management
