The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

#ChallengeCheck

• Immediate intervention on equipment in the production area and on equipment in the utilities area, so that equipment downtime is minimized;
• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment according to the annual maintenance plan described in the maintenance procedure;
• Uninstalling/installing new equipment or existing equipment in accordance with Hirschmann regulations and in compliance with applicable legislation.
• Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of production processes to meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
• Participation in the implementation of the 5S program in Maintenance so that the organization of the workplace in maintenance and all adjacent areas is optimal.
• Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment.
