Completed commercial training
Experience in customs, export, and transport is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP)
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
Teamwork and strong communication skills
Ideally, a valid forklift license

Independent handling of export and shipping processes
Preparation and review of customs and export documents
Ensuring compliance with national and international customs regulations
Organization and coordination of domestic and international transport
Communication with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments
Monitoring of delivery dates and transport processes
Maintenance of relevant master data and documentation in SAP
Support in optimizing logistics processes and assuming additional tasks in materials handling
