The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

• Technical support in series production for troubleshooting in the plastic injection process.
• Validation/commissioning of plastic injection equipment;
• Correspondence with project teams responsible for products that include plastic injection;
• Training of direct production staff in series production;
• Training of indirect staff (adjusters, engineers) in series production;
• Technical support in discussions/escalations with suppliers of materials, molds, or plastic injection equipment.
