Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Messgeräten sowie Messmethoden und CAQ-Software
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Core Tools (wie z.B. FMEA, SPC, 8D-Methode)
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Sicherer Umgang mit den üblichen MS-Office Anwendungen

Im Rahmen von Kundenreklamationen koordinierst du die Abarbeitung von Beanstandungen und Problemlösungen mittels 8D-Methode, in der APQP- und Serienphase
Pflege und Beherrschung des Reklamationstool (Babtec)
Unterstützung und Entlastung durch Übernahme von Supportfunktionen und administrativen Aufgaben in den genannten Bereichen
Interner und externer Ansprechpartner zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualität in allen Phasen
Unterstützung bei Planung und Begleitung interner Bemusterungen sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Kundenbemusterungen nach PPAP
Unterstützung der Qualitätsvorausplanung bei der Prozessentwicklung (AQPQ)
