• University Degree in Automation, Informatics
• Languages - Fluent in English, and knowledge of German is an advantage
• Experience - Experience in the field is an advantage
• Experience with Matrix42 or other service catalog tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Knowledge of ITSM practices (such as ITIL) is an advantage
• Good documentation and communication skills

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's catalog of IT services
• Creates, updates and deactivates IT services, including corresponding service descriptions
• Connect services with workflows, software licenses, hardware assets and SLAs
• Clarifies service requirements directly with departments and updates data accordingly
• Plans to launch certain services for certain factories
