• Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Knowledge of ITSM practices (such as ITIL) - an advantage
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Great attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Experience with Matrix42 or other service catalog tools - an advantage

#ChallengeCheck

• Implement a concept for the Service Catalog, create the Service Catalog and maintain it in accordance with ITIL practices;
• Creating, updating and deactivating IT services, including corresponding service descriptions;
• Linking services to workflows, software licenses, hardware assests and SLAs;
• Planning the deployment of certain services to different units;
• Clarifying service requirements directly with departments and updating data accordingly.
