We offer a practice internship opportunity for young people. Our program offers participants a unique chance to engage with the entire organizational structure of our company. By working alongside our experienced specialists, trainees gain valuable insights and practical experience. 

The internship is an unpaid position, available from February until May / June and is an excellent chance for those looking to gain hands-on experience in their field of study. Moreover, the program facilitates the preparation of their bachelor thesis and dissertation under the guidance of a mentor, an experienced employee. Another advantage is that the trainees have the opportunity to receive recommendations based on their work at the company and thus sharpen their professional profile.
