- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field; or technical or commercial training with a strong aptitude for IT and logistics processes
- Experience in business process management (BPM), business analysis, or requirements engineering is a plus
- Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes (inbound / outbound / network)
- Basic knowledge of SAP, as well as an interest in or experience with SAP TM; knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus
- Excellent English skills for international exchange
- An analytical and structured approach to work, as well as strong communication skills between business and IT

- Support for the implementation and global rollout of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
- Gathering, analyzing, and organizing business requirements in collaboration with logistics and business units
- Translation of technical requirements into clear system and process requirements for IT and implementation partners
- Ensuring the integration of SAP TM into existing end-to-end supply chain processes
- Contributing to process design, testing, training, and change management as part of the SAP transformation
- Close collaboration with global stakeholders to standardize and continuously optimize transportation processes
