As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

#ChallengeCheck

  • Processing customer complaints in the BABTEC system within 24 hours of receipt and informing the responsible segment/department members so that each complaint is known by all involved in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the analysis of complaints together with the production department in order to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible (remediation, rejection, sorting activities) to minimize losses and present the results of the evolution of customer complaints in the monthly report.
  • Collect the necessary information to resolve and close customer complaints within a maximum of 10 working days of receipt.
  • Defining and installing additional controls and sorting activities (based on data from incoming complaints) together with the production quality department so that only compliant products go from the production line to the finished goods warehouse or to the customer.
  • Providing consistent information to segment members and the management team on the status of quality complaints received from the customer by presenting the monthly statement.
