#ChallengeCheck
- Ensuring customer service and sending orders to the warehouse on the required delivery date.
- Carry out of relevant process standards and customer requirements.
- Supervising deliveries and analyzing the causes as well as ensuring corrective measures in case of delivery problems and/or a logistical complaint.
- Validation of customer orders and agreement with Demand planning and Production planning in case of forecast variations.
- Processing orders sent by HTM customers and ensuring that they are correctly registered into the SAP system.
- Constant communication with customers in case of any deviations from the mutually agreed orders so that they have at all times the latest information regarding the orders and their completion status.
- Escalation of issues that cannot be solved directly with the client, according to the internal escalation procedure.
- Informing all team members and management team with the data requested by them regarding: customer order forecasts, customer order variations, current order status versus planned quantities and production and/or delivery delays; situations related to stocks of finished products, sub-assemblies and raw materials in a timely manner whenever solicited.
- Keeps constant contact with the central logistics/sales department (Hirschmann Automotive – Rankweil) and ensures that he receives the latest information about logistics changes and commercial agreements with customers/suppliers, and complies with specific customer requirements, available and agreed at group level.
