#ChallengeCheck

• Checking and controlling the stock and making the necessary stock corrections as a result of various SAP errors, inventory activities or wrong registrations.
• Providing support in case of a change in a project with serial products by providing the necessary raw material or various settings/changes in the system.
• Monitoring the stocks of raw materials in accordance with the group's standard requirements regarding safety stocks and ensuring these safety stocks in such a way that the supply of the production line is done optimally and deliveries are made on time.
• Keeping in constant contact with the Demand Planner and informing about deviation situations
• Evaluation of stocks of raw materials and sub-assemblies and proposal of changes to the coverage coefficient in accordance with order volatility, replenishment time, supplier reliability and other defined criteria.
• Working closely with members of the production team and providing timely information on delivery dates and/or availability of raw materials where applicable
• Responsibility to monitor/solve daily, weekly, monthly tasks and actions and to follow the evolution of projects within the department or, as the case may be, within other projects in which he/she is a member.
• Making reports on stock evolution and its reduction plan where the agreed target is exceeded.
