The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, industrial electrician or comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of control and automation technology, as well as pneumatics and hydraulics, is advantageous
A quick grasp of concepts, as well as a structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
Technical understanding and analytical thinking
Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system
Willingness to acquire necessary qualifications

Performing maintenance and repair work on production facilities according to maintenance schedules
Analysis of malfunctions and errors in mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Independent troubleshooting and fault rectification including root cause analysis
Documenting the activities performed and work results
Participation in the continuous optimization of the manufacturing process
