Commercial education with professional experience in the assistant field
Organizational and communication skills, as well as precise and independent work methods
Good MS Office skills required, and knowledge of SAP is advantageous
High customer orientation, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
Good written and spoken German and English

Supporting IT management with organizational and administrative tasks
Organization/Execution of procurement processes (purchase requisition and goods receipt)
Assistance with internal department projects
Organisation of meetings, workshops and business trips
Assisting with maintaining the internal documentation system and knowledge management
Support in the planning and realisation of IT events
