- Coordination of the activity in the Customer Quality department regarding the implementation and maintenance of quality management processes for the satisfaction of internal and external customers, complying with Hirschmann Automotive's internal regulations and Hirschmann Automotive policies.
- Ensuring communication with customers in order to achieve a maximum level of customer satisfaction (achievement / fulfillment of performance indicators), ensuring the treatment of all customer complaints and implementation of corrective actions accordingly.
- Monitoring, improving and reporting of performance indicators in the area of responsibility so that the client's requirements are met in conjunction with the internal objectives related to customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the correctness of product documentation according to IATF 16949 requirements in order to meet all customer requirements.
- Delivering results according to the objectives/performance indicators, and propose objectives.
