Description

In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team ensures effective management of financial resources, careful attention to legal aspects, efficient implementation of control mechanisms, and appropriate assessment and minimization of risks. Our tasks range from budget planning and control, compliance with regulations, and conducting internal audits to risk assessment and mitigation.

• University degree in Economics
• Experience in a similar position at least 2 years
• Languages: English – advanced level; German – a plus
• Proficiency in PC operations (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP; Power BI

• Results-oriented and focused on process automation
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Preparing ad-hoc analyses, reports, and presentations tailored to management’s information needs
• Conducting monthly analyses of financial KPIs and comparing actual costs to budgeted costs, providing plausible explanations for any discrepancies;
• Developing budget structures and forecasts
• Close communication with department heads regarding the preparation and execution of their respective budgets
• Reporting to the direct supervisor on the status of budget execution and any identified variances
• Preparation and execution of all monthly closing activities
• Preparation of the monthly consolidated financial statements
