Idealerweise erste berufliche Erfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse insbesondere MS-Excel
Hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft
Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
Selbständige exakte Arbeitsweise
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP sind von Vorteil

Erfassung und sachliche Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen
Verwaltung der OPOS im Kreditorenbereich
Erstellung von Zahlungsläufen
Bearbeitung der internen Bestellanforderungen
Kontenabstimmung der Verrechnungskonten (WE/RE-Konten) und weitere Konten
Archivierung der Eingangsrechnungen
Reisekostenabrechnung und Kassenbuchführung
Vorbereitende Aufgaben für den Monats-/Quartals- und Jahresabschluss (Kontenklärung, Rückstellungen)
Unterstützung der Vertragsverwaltung
Klärung von Rechnungsdifferenzen mit den Fachabteilungen
Ansprechpartner intern wie auch extern für Fragen rund um den Rechnungsworkflow
Statistische Auswertungen und Reporting
Erstellung und Übermittlung von Datensätzen an statistische Ämter
Administration der Verrechnungskonten (WE/RE-Konten) in SAP
