#ChallengeCheck

• Provide support on the technical side for equipment development from the design phase. Follows the entire development of new die projects from the development phase until they enter series production;
• Coordinates tasks between the departments involved in the project and defines new tasks to the members involved in the project;
• Tracking and minimizing lead times, execution costs and resources involved in the project;
• Continuously analyze and evaluate the project from a risk point of view (Project Risk Management);
• Closing the project after the equipment has received approval for series production. Once the project is closed, analyzes project costs, project rework time, performs a SWOT analysis to improve the process for future projects.
