Experience in project and process management
Knowledge of logistics planning in pre-production operations
Knowledge of materials procurement and production logistics in pre-series manufacturing
Interest in Technology
Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office

Representing the logistics function in PEP-related product projects as the Logistics Project Coordinator; participating in regular meetings
Ensuring that logistical requirements are taken into account in the proposal development process and the product development process
A link between logistics and the other departments within PEP—pre-production projects, sales, development, purchasing, etc.
Initiating and monitoring the procurement of materials for initial orders
Coordinate the handover of materials for the pilot series (pre-production run), taking into account the current status of changes and ensuring material availability for the start of series production
Ensuring that the logistical requirements are met for the start of pilot production at the manufacturing plant
Ensuring the handover of the pilot production run to the relevant production plants via project management (verification of the required logistical data)
Support for the SPP (Sample Part Production) Materials Planner => Ensuring SAP-based demand planning for medium- and long-term requirements in pre-production operations
Continuous improvement of the SAP-based planning process for pre-production materials in close collaboration with other departments
