Completed technical education
Experience in research funding, innovation management, or R&D project management
Knowledge of the Austrian and European funding landscape is desirable (e.g., FFG, AWS, Horizon Europe)
Experience in establishing and managing international partnerships and consortia
Understanding of technical product or development processes in industry
Ability to clearly and precisely present complex technical content in application and report texts
Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)

Responsible for the overall process and system management in the field of research funding.
Development and further advancement of a global funding strategy.
Identification of suitable national and international funding programs
Development, preparation, and submission of funding applications, including budget and resource planning.
Ensuring adherence to group standards for applications, reporting, and compliance
Supporting all departments with new or revised funding formats, requirements, and guidelines
Responsibility for project controlling, monitoring, and on-time reporting
Optimization of central funding processes
Management of collaboration with funding agencies (FFG, AWS, EU agencies, international institutions)
