#ChallengeCheck

• Providing first-line support for the shop floor, facilitating the rapid and efficient identification of incidents with the aim of minimizing production downtime
• Training direct and indirect staff, as well as support teams, in identifying and resolving common connectivity and equipment issues
• Installing, configuring and maintaining equipment specific to smart manufacturing, such as MiniPCs/Raspberry Pi, monitors and scanners
• Collaboration with IT teams to implement and develop digital projects at a local level
• Assisting with the management of project documentation, including incident logs and training materials
• Drafting, updating and, where necessary, approving procedures and work instructions relating to assigned responsibilities, ensuring compliance with internal standards
• Active participation in identifying and implementing measures to optimise shopfloor processes and infrastructure, contributing to increased efficiency and system stability.
