• Languages: English advanced work proficiency, German – advantage
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• AI and Automation Technologies
• Experience integrating AI with ITSM platforms such as Matrix42
• Strong communication skills and Problem-solving mindset
• Scripting and Automation (PowerShell preferred)
• Ability to work in global and cross-functional environments
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in AI, Azure, Power Platform, Security, or Microsoft 365 are an advantage

• Drive modernization initiatives across collaboration, content management, and endpoint services;
• Evaluate, implement, and support AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and automation platforms;
• Monitor AI solution performance, usage, and business value realization;
• Promote AI adoption through training, enablement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives;
• Ensure seamless integration between workplace platforms and business applications;
• Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts.
