Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university)
Knowledge of plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, automation engineering, or electrical engineering
SAP and CAD skills (CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
German and English, both spoken and written
Analytical thinking and an understanding of complex relationships
Presentation Skills – Preparing technical concepts and project updates in a manner tailored to the audience, and presenting them to the team, management, and clients
Strong communication and facilitation skills, a solution-oriented approach, and an interest in advancing toward a project management role
A structured, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and methodological skills
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred; candidates from other fields are welcome

Analysis of new change requests, including an assessment of technical feasibility and manufacturability
Development of implementation plans and subsequent coordination of change projects through to production implementation, including schedule tracking and reporting to stakeholders (beginning with internal PPSS project requests)
Interdisciplinary collaboration on the implementation of change requests and component validations with global customers
Global Collaboration and Support for Production Facilities
Adaptation of 3D and 2D data in accordance with the requirements of the changes and approval of components for mass production
Complaint Management in Product Development
Willingness to travel for work
