• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience with SAP (experience with SAP GTS is a plus)
• Substantial professional experience in customs and foreign trade – with a focus on SAP
• Excellent understanding of global business processes and ERP systems
• A structured, analytical, and independent approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating in global teams
• Written and spoken English skills

• Standardization and Optimization of Global Foreign Trade and Customs Processes in SAP, Focus on SAP GTS
• Support for the digitization and automation of foreign trade processes
• Support for the implementation and harmonization of SAP GTS and S/4HANA-related trade compliance processes
• Definition and maintenance of global process standards, as well as user documentation for SAP systems
• Ongoing analysis of existing processes, as well as the identification and implementation of opportunities for improvement
• Conducting training sessions and providing support for global knowledge development in the area of SAP Trade Compliance
• Participation in international transformation and implementation projects
