- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit HR-Bezug oder Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement
- Erste Erfahrung im Personalwesen, in HR-Projekten oder mit Employee-Experience-Themen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Kommunikationstools
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative, bereichsübergreifende Teamorientierung sowie Empathie, Offenheit und Leidenschaft für Menschen
