Completed technical or business-related education
Professional experience in the automotive industry and in quality management is an advantage.
Assertiveness with a confident demeanor and a high level of initiative
Strong negotiation skills within project teams and in dealings with customers and suppliers
Good written and spoken German and English skills

Ensuring and implementing customer requirements and compliance with standards in development projects – from initial inquiry to start of series production
Processing customer complaints during the project and pre-series phase, including the initiation, tracking, and verification of corrective actions
Participation in process and tool approvals as well as in the preparation of specifications
Support and coordination of project reviews and customer visits
Planning and execution of audits as well as processing of initial samples
