The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

#ChallengeCheck

• Planning and coordination of projects in the industrialization phase, taking into account the available capacities and the new technologies of the products
• Preparing and ensuring the necessary resources (material and human) and identifying critical points (Bottleneck) related to lack of production capacity, lack of personnel and skills
• Monitoring the implementation of projects and defining actions to achieve the objectives
• Presentation of production needs and requirements to the project teams and to be taken into account from the early stages of the projects
• Analysis of production data from the industrialization phase to improve products and processes for efficiency and quality
• Delivery of trainings and providing information for staff members
• Identifying risks and using problem-solving methods to reduce or eliminate them
