• Experience in an engineering manufacturing environment and people management experience
• Ability to plan, organize and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of machining production processes (knowledge of EDM technologies an advantage)
• Reading of technical documentation, knowledge of working in CAD/CAM an advantage
• Knowledge of English at an advanced level
