The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

You will be responsible for managing our CEO's agenda, you will prepare topics, organize them, and consistently drive them forward—from strategic issues at the executive board level to critical operational decisions
You act as a sparring partner for the CEO. You challenge assumptions, constructively reflect on decisions, and bring an independent, analytical perspective to the table
Under the CEO's direction, you will work closely with vice presidents, directors, and other executives to ensure that agreed-upon measures and goals are implemented
You will represent the CEO at select meetings and on select committees, prepare relevant materials, and communicate his priorities throughout the company
You will develop and manage the company's management rhythm and establish effective governance structures for meetings, reviews, reporting, and escalations
You provide transparency regarding progress, risks, and areas requiring action, and ensure that decisions are based on sound information
You standardize recurring issues and establish efficient processes so that the CEO can focus on the truly critical issues
You distill complex information into sound decision-making foundations, use modern AI tools for analysis and research, and tailor content to the specific needs of executives, board members, clients, and leadership
