  • Degree in Economics, Finance, HR or similar field
  • Experience in controlling, HR analytics, or a similar role
  • Experience with HRIS / ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data modeling)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive mindset and solution-oriented thinking
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

  • Planning, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing HR-related costs, KPIs, and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR costs and key performance indicators
  • Prepare accurate HR reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Drive data-based decision-making by providing insights on workforce trends
  • Support workforce planning and cost optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and HR teams
  • Ensure data quality and compliance in HR controlling processes
  • Collaborate with Finance/Controlling departments for financial alignment. Support audits (internal/external) related to HR data and costs
