• Degree in Economics, Finance, HR or similar field
• Experience in controlling, HR analytics, or a similar role
• Experience with HRIS / ERP systems
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM ECC
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data modeling)
• Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive mindset and solution-oriented thinking
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

• The role ensures reliable HR data, standardized global reporting and actionable insights. It acts as a bridge between systems, data, and business needs.
• Planning, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing HR-related costs, KPIs, and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Global Key User for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and SAP HCM ECC
• Ensure governance of HR data structures
• Define and maintain global HR KPI framework
• Prepare accurate HR reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Drive data-based decision-making by providing insights on workforce trends
• Support workforce planning and cost optimization initiatives
• Ensure data quality and compliance in HR controlling processes
• Collaborate with Finance/Controlling departments for financial alignment. Support audits (internal/external) related to HR data and costs
