Completed technical or business-related education
Many years of professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry
Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 2, AIAG, and Automotive Core Tools
Confident demeanor and a high level of initiative
Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

#ChallengeCheck

Ensuring customer requirements and compliance with standards from the inquiry phase through to series production
Participation in process and tool approvals as well as preparation of specifications (requirements specifications)
Participation in project reviews and support of customer visits
Planning and conducting audits as well as coordination of initial sampling
Handling customer complaints during the project and pre-series phases, including initiation and tracking of corrective actions
