• University Degree in Automation, Informatics
• Languages - Fluent in English, and knowledge of German is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Windows operating system and the SAP platform
• Ability to learn and understand the SAP system
• Knowledge of the MS Office package
• Willingness to learn new technologies within SAP and from the IT industry
• Prioritizing the tasks and carrying out the activity in a dynamic work environment
• Customer orientation and team spirit
• Good communication skills
• Affinity for technical challenges

#ChallengeCheck

• Provides level 1 support (FIRST LEVEL SUPPORT) regarding all SAP modules globally
• Prepare the necessary information for level 2 support
• Monitors the basic activities of the SAP and EDI system
• Manage users according to the roles given in ECC, ME, Business Warehouse and IBP
• Process requests for certain changes in SAP using the ticketing system
