Fundierte Kenntnisse in Customs Compliance, Exportkontrolle, Sanktionen und internationalem Handelsrecht
Erfahrung mit internationalen Projekten, idealerweise im SAP-Umfeld (SAP GTS / SAP S/4HANA)
Strategisches Denken, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Overall strategic and technical responsibility for the Global Trade Compliance division
Further development of the global trade compliance strategy as well as governance, policy, and organizational structures
Ensuring global compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations (Customs, Export Control & Sanctions)
Responsibility for tariff classification, customs value, country of origin, preferences, and foreign trade master data
Standardization and Continuous Optimization of Global Import, Export, and Trade Compliance Processes
Establishment and further development of a global compliance monitoring system, including KPI management and audits (ICS)
Supporting international locations with complex foreign trade issues
Management of external service providers and cooperation with customs authorities and relevant agencies
Playing a key role in the implementation of SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation
Close collaboration with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and the international production sites
