- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering
- Languages: English advanced work proficiency, German – advantage
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM/CAE application support, installation, and licensing.
- Structured, detailed and documentation-oriented working style.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

- Administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Matrix42 platform.
- Design and maintenance of service catalog items, workflows, and process automation to support IT and business services.
- Management of roles, permissions and access in line with the company’s Role Standardization Policy for Matrix42
- Maintenance and improvement of the IT Asset Management integration – automated asset ingestion, data quality, lifecycle management, and prevention of duplicates.
- Provide support for the CAx engineering applications used by design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot CAx software and the associated engineering workstations.
- Contribution to Digital Workplace projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
