• University Degree
• Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
• Experience – Minimum 3 years in a similar position
• Strong ITSM knowledge (ITIL preferred)
• Experience with ITSM tools (Matrix42, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Matrix42 or other service catalog tools - an advantage
• Proactive, assertive (“pushy”) mindset with strong ownership
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Experience with Microsoft 365 platform (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Open for travelling

• Develop and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, SLA/KPI);
• Drive standardization and governance across global IT teams;
• Coordinate and work closely with global Service Desk operations and ensure consistent performance;
• Monitor KPIs, SLA compliance, and service quality; Drive continuous improvement and ensure teams deliver results;

• Coordinate the M365 Champion Program and collaborate with key users and the community.
