- Knowledge of Windows operating system and SAP platform

- Provide FIRST LEVEL SUPPORT on all SAP modules globally;
- Preparing the necessary information for level 2 support;
- SAP transports (DEV - for Development - QRW - Quality (for testing) - PRW - Productive);
- Processing requests for certain changes in SAP, using the ticketing system;
- Managing users according to the given roles in ECC, ME, Business Warehouse and IBP;
- Monitoring the ME system (PMF, PMB, PME, PMA) and checking logs
- Archiving jobs in SAP
